“I was happy with property, I did not consider it ocean front, it was more ocean view, the dunes prevented a good path to the beach, except to walk around and up. I also did not realize that we were right beside a public access. Ended up not being bad but in the middle of summer, I am sure that is a different story. “Our stay was great for me, my husband and our daughters who are 23 and 18. Communication from the owner was excellent, with multiple messages, tips for the area. Check in and out were easy. The unit was a first floor unit, oceanfront with a great view. Unit was clean, nicely decorated, a great location for us. It was walking distance to the pier for fishing. It was a quick trip to multiple restaurants for dinner and dessert. We will definitely like to stay there again! ”

“This property is very nicely located near great restaurants (Sam & Omie’s!), Jeanette’s Pier, and a short drive to Roanoke Island and Manteo. Also, about a 20 minute drive to Oregon Inlet and the Pea Island Nature Preserve (tundra swans, herons, white pelicans, coots, and tons of ducks). The condo has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces and nice tvs. The only thing we didn’t like was the thirty two steps up to the second floor which was a bit problematic with taking the dog out……

“Condo is in a great spot, views from the balcony were incredible sunrise and an orange moon rise as well, seen dolphins on 3 separate occasions while sitting on the balcony, convenient location to a lot of attractions, building overall showing some age, wished they had a sponge or dish brush to wash dishes or extra trash bags instead of having to go buy that stuff but that’s really the only complaint.
