“Good place for walking the beach!”

“ The condo was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family of four. The rooms gave us plenty of space and privacy. We enjoyed the oceanfront balcony, and beach access was easy. Communication with the host was great! My kids loved the two pools at the property. We would stay here again in the future !”

“A very pleasant experience! Joe, the host was more than helpful. He gave us an itinerary that was very informative, that really made our vacation even better. Which included detailed information on how to check in, places of interest, places to eat. The view was amazing! Sunrise was the best! The condo was just the right size for the wife and I and our two boys. The place was amazingly clean, and the complex had two swimming pools which were also very clean. Overall the whole vacation was one……

“We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect for our family — spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The setup made everything easy, with the pool just outside and the beach only a few steps away. The location is also excellent, central to all the key attractions in OBX. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. Overall, it was the ideal spot for our trip, and we would absolutely stay here again!”

“We had great weather and really enjoyed our stay at First Light condo which has excellent oceanfront views and a beautiful beach. We loved the interior of the condo, as well. It has been updated very nicely and is super comfortable. There are 2 pools - one is a smaller pool which we actually loved because it wasn't used as much by others and we felt like we had our own pool. Lol . The other pool is great, as well. It is a big pool and fun to use the floats and play around in.The pools and also……

“Perfect location!! Beautiful, clean, spacious condo located in the best spot near great restaurants and fun, local attractions. Kitchen is stocked amazingly to accommodate when you wanna stay home and do dinners in. Great selection of card and board games for family feud nights. Nice pool between the condo and beach. Just an amazing stay, would definitely venture here again❤️”
