“The location and comfort of this home is everything OBX. The spaces are comfortable, the amentities sufficient, the response form the owner was quick. The pool is in a great location for keeping sand out of it! The hot tub overlooks the dune for early morning sun rise soaks. We had a wonderful time and experience in this property.”

“The space worked well for our family of 17. Kitchen is well stocked. An extra bath towel would have been nice but having a washer and dryer helped. The bunk beds are best for preteen and under so the 2 teens that slept on them were a little cramped. There were some boards on top deck that were loose and a few rusty nails on second deck but overall a great place. Loved the private walkway, pool, hot tub, and rec room. James responded quickly to all my texts. We left happy and content. ”

“My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The kids lived in the pool on the days it didn’t rain and didn’t want to go home. There was so much room that when we needed to separate, we were able to go to our respective rooms and chill. I loved the accommodations for our 15 month old. There were baby gates, high chairs, a crib, and 2 pack and plays that were available for use. I never found the baby monitor but it was enough of us that we could keep up with her.
