It is far enough from everything that you're not surrounded by tourists, but also you can get to Nag's Head in 5-7 minutes. Everything is clean and it made for a great home away from home for the week. I would absolutely stay there again, especially for the price.”

“Me and a few of my friends drove down from New York during spring break and we had an amazing time. Patrick was easy to communicate with and was very sweet and understanding. We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a close drive to the pier. We were also very close to all the shopping and restaurants near by. We will be back!!”

“We made our first trip to the OBX and stayed at this property. Communication with the host was outstanding. It was clean, orderly and well stocked. It had everything you could ever need. Since we were there after Labor Day the roads and beach were not crowded at all, which we appreciated. Definitely recommended and would stay again when we venture back to OBX. Also, since it is in Nags Head it is centrally located and an easy drive to multiple areas.”

Easy access to beach; good views of the ocean which could be heard throughout the home. Initially there was a modem issue which the owner promptly resolved. NOTE: while it was disclosed several clicks into the property description, we didn’t read that deep to see that bedsheets and towels were not provided. We assumed, based on the price point, that these items would be included. Despite this lack, we would both definitely re-rent This property. ”

“4pm is too late for check-in. Most people are driving and go directly to the property. I arrived at 3:30 and had to try to contact them so we could get in to use the restrooms. All of the voicemails were full and initially we gave up and left to find restrooms. I guess I could have tried to get an early check-in. Not a deal breaker though. Nice place and great location. Pool was clean. ”
