“We really enjoyed this house! It has a great layout, has everything you need in terms of amenities and was very clean. It’s a very short walk or drive to the beach and once they are done rebuilding the sidewalk along the main road, the walk into town will be very easy! We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had an amazing time at this house. Beautiful ocean front property in a quiet neighborhood. It is an hour drive south to do most excursions. Hot tub was not working until our last night but the owner sent someone right away to check it-fortunately that was the only thing that didn’t work. The kitchen came very well stocked and the view was amazing! We all had a wonderful time there!”

“Our family of 6 had an absolutely magical time in my most favorite place in all of the Hawaiian islands. This home is well appointed for cooking as well as all beach needs ( towels, snorkel gear, stand up paddle boards, surf boards as well as bikes). The interior is bright clean, comfortable and surrounded by lush tropical plants with tons of orchids. The outdoor shower though was the absolute favorite especially at night with the stars out!We walked to the beach and in to town, close distance……

“My family of six had a wonderful stay at the River House. Having access to the beach via the river was one of the reasons we chose this home, and that did not disappoint. Also, I enjoyed meeting Mark and you can tell from your first interaction that he really wants to be involved and help you enjoy his home. “Ann is a wonderful host and has created an amazing place. The pictures don’t do it justice. The furniture throughout is great. We moved from a larger, newer house in princeville to Ann’s place and the improvement in sleep quality due to the Aweosme mattress and pillows was greatly appreciated by everyone in our group. The house is fully stocked with a coffee grinder and a bin of whole beans for great coffee at the house. The loft area upstairs was a hit with the kids. The lack of AC takes some……

“We stayed for 10 days at the Woodrose plantation near Moloaa Bay. Our family had an excellent time enjoying Kauai, especially our stay in this secluded quiet location surrounded by fruit trees. We loved the short walk to the beach which we did several times each day. The bay is also secluded and peaceful and offered opportunities for swimming and snorkeling, protected from too many waves. The house had plenty of rooms and space for our needs. Temperature was very manageable with all the ceiling……
