“The villa was perfect for the two of us. Located within walking distance to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Communication with Susan was timely, detailed, and so easy. The place is easily mapped out with instructions, so we knew exactly where everything was and how to use the amenities. There is a separate laundry room which was great for active people like us who want to pack light. We didn’t stay around the villa much, but the grounds are beautifully kept, and had we stayed a couple of……

“Loved this rental, it was peaceful, beautiful, and close to great restaurants. ”

“I thought the property very pretty. However, the beach is not accessible for older/less healthy persons. Members of our family were yelled at, and security called, for walking on a sidewalk they apparently were not suppose to be on. In addition, there were tiny bugs that made using the kitchen difficult. I would suggest cleaning the dishwasher as well, smells horrible”

“We loved our time at the property! The unit is beautiful and true to all the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was stocked well enough with sauces and spices left from previous renters. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs for our short walks down to Brennecke’s Beach. We loved how the sliding glass doors opened up to the lanai.”

“Property is better in person than in the photos. Layout was great for 3 generations on our family trip. Lots of beach toys in the garage for the kids. Comfortable beds. On suite bathrooms for every bedroom was really nice. Everything we needed. My only criticism would be the hard pillows. I would gladly book again! ”
