“The pictures do not do the property justice! A very lovely and inviting home conveniently located about 5 minutes off the interstate. For those travelling, not to worry! Although the roads are winding, very manageable. Great central location with easy access to numerous attractions. In town for an annual family reunion and this was a great relaxing home. Highly recommend.”

“We had an amazing stay. Host was quick to respond, although we didn't really need anything. For the most part we had a great stay. I was surprised that it was duplex not a house,but it didnt effect our stay. Would definitely stay again!!”

“Had all the amenities, it felt like staying at grandma‘s house. ”

“The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well enough equipped for our cooking needs. Unfortunately the weather was not super dry so we couldn't use the grill as we planned. Neither of us were crazy about the sprial staircase. However we put up with it since we wanted to sleep upstairs in the king bed. Overall it was a wonderful house and we will stay again when we are in the area.”

“We fished High School State Championship on Dale Hollow lake. The barn accommodations were great for us. It was safe so we didn’t have to worry about security of our boat or stuff. The property is absolutely beautiful. If we go back to Dale Hollow this is the first place we will check for availability.”

“The house was exactly as described. Lovely super clean house with a well stocked kitchen and comfy furniture. Perfect for us and our dog while visiting family in Crossville. Lovely setting. Hope to get back and check out the Winery - schedule wouldn’t permit this time around.”

“Easy to find, check in was simple, house fully stocked with everything we needed. Nice area and some good restaurants. Hot tub and porch were very nice, beds comfy, its not the best VRBO I ever stayed in, but its pretty good. Owner was excellent with communication. Just remember guest bath water is backwards, hot is cold and cold is hot. ”

“My family and I have stayed at this property 4 times now and we always enjoy our stay. The owners are kind and the house is clean and well stocked with all essentials. We stay here everytime we visit our family in Cookville, we jokingly consider it our summer vacation home lol! ”

“This place was adorable and was exactly as described. We loved being close to downtown but yet not. It was nice to feel more secluded but still able to quickly and easily drive to restaurants and shops. My friend and I were there to chase waterfalls and were able to explore 3 state parks, all pretty close by: no more than a 40 min drive. We are already talking about staying here again! It really was perfect!”
