“I came here with a friend for a week to enjoy all the local parks and waterfalls, and this was a wonderful home base. The house is well kept, plenty of amenities, and Dawn was very helpful and kind. “This place was amazing for our stay. Very Clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only complaint I have is the responses from the property manager. When we went to check out, we could not find the trash cans that were supposed to be outside. I messaged the property manager and still have not heard back. We ended up taking the garbage with us when we left. Other than that, it is an amazing place to stay.”

“This was a fantastic rental that fulfilled our needs. A friend and I needed a place to rent for a weekend near Cookeville, and these accommodations were perfect. The place accommodated us, but it would also work very well for a couple or a small family. This place was above and beyond anything we would expect from a hotel, and we hope to use it again. Algood and Cookeville proper are just a few minutes' drive away, but it was very quiet and peaceful. ”

“Easy to find, check in was simple, house fully stocked with everything we needed. Nice area and some good restaurants. Hot tub and porch were very nice, beds comfy, its not the best VRBO I ever stayed in, but its pretty good. Owner was excellent with communication. Just remember guest bath water is backwards, hot is cold and cold is hot. ”

“We enjoyed the privacy of this cabin. It was close to some cool shops and close enough to town to visit a great Mexican restaurant and a Duncan drive through. We spent most of our time on the wonderful deck and dock and going on walks. We saw multiple deer, turkey, large trout, a water moccasin, and we even had a bald eagle visit us Everything inside the cabin was just the way we wanted it. Great stay!”
