"Absolutely loved our stay at the Grosvenor really welcoming and warm staff, lovely room with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. A stunning breakfast with really good choice. Can’t wait to go back and stay again."

"This property was the second one in this complex we stayed in. It was much nicer and had a more modern feel however it’s not in the luxury’ category. Heaters worked really well. The mattress was narrower than the frame so was very cramped for two people. The grout in the shower could have been cleaner ..."

"Perfect location for girls trip to Chester, good size space, on road parking, less than £5 under into town and 10 min walk to lovely local eateries around Hoole for breakfast, single mattresses not the best but absolutely fine for one night thanks so much x"
