“Brilliant Pub, Amazing staff and Stunning Surroundings. We only stayed for 2 nights but would of loved to stay longer. Staff were attentive and welcoming. We were very impressed by our room which was extremely spacious with a large shower room and even a sauna in the room. Our Bed was so comfy and the pub was full of friendly locals. “A little difficult to find perhaps but once there it is lovely. We arrived in the dark so it was great to wake up, open the curtains and look at the view across the fields. Breakfast (full english) was superb.”

“Loved our stay at here, staff were very welcoming and helpful and patient with our young Vizsla dog. Ideal set up for staying with a dog, with rooms located opposite site of the car park to the cosy pub. Food was excellent. Definitely would come and stay here again. ”

“Everything about this ‘stately home’ hotel states luxury and first class service, from the amazing, unique approach road through a rock bridge, to the extensive landscaped grounds which are a delight to explore and are up to national arboretum standards. “Property was located right in the heart of Wrexham, with easy/convenient walk from the train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Staff was extremely friendly on check-in. Room and bed were very comfortable for my two night stay. Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, however, everything was very clean and worked perfectly.
