“I booked this for my elderly mother going to her grandsons wedding . She loved it an said the owners were lovely ..my nephew an wife ended up staying there too for the wedding ”

“I had to stay in Shropshire overnight and managed to get a room here. What a lovely surprise this was. The property is situated in beautiful surroundings and quiet countryside. The host Rebecca is simply wonderful. I received a warm welcome and a speedy check in. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I left feeling fresh and well rested. ”

“The property is a hotel/wedding venue. It’s beautifully decorated. Near to the highway and not far from Strewsbury. Nicely decorated living rooms and outdoor areas to sit in. Nice restaurant. ”

“Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were a lot of amenities like a hairdryer, coffee, tea, and towels. The linen were also……

“Fabulous period property with so much charm. There were only a handful of people staying, including me, which made for a very peaceful stay. I slept well, and the rooms had great amenities. “2nd visit to this beautiful boutique hotel. Loved the rooms,food & beautiful gardens with plenty of tables & seating areas. Staff very helpful & friendly. Car park close by you do have to pay however we downloaded app and where able to top up following morning. Very central to everything you need bars restaurants shopping and great walks near by.
