“Fab place for a night or two away ”

“The building itself seems old and is full of characters. Room doors are still open using old fashioned key, tiny tv screen like the old days. As I was only staying for 2 nights, there isn't a need for my room to be freshen up, though there isn't anywhere outside the door where you can hang the 'do not disturb' sign. The shower was a bit too tiny with the switch that switch outwards, you can easily switch off the shower by turning or turn up/down the heat.”

“We had a great stay at this historic hotel. Check in/check out was smooth. Great breakfast selection with hearty portion. Room is clean and bed is just the right firmness that you can wake up rejuvenated without backache. We also like how they stock plenty of welcome drinks and snacks in room to give us coziness to wind down in the cool weather.”

Could not ask for better service particularly in the savvy fox restaurant. Will definitely be staying here again. Only downside was we were only staying 1 night. Well done. ”

“Had an amazing time! We had to leave early due to plans. Kayleigh arranged for us to have breakfast early which was fantastic! Breakfast staff were by very happy to serve us earlier than the official time. 10/10 ”

“Lovely hotel, very clean and staff Lovely. Used the spa which was nice but noticed the ice room needs some TLC (Mosiac tiles everywhere) and the seating in one sauna was broke. Food was high quality and tasty. Pillows were so comfy and the room had high end ELEMIS Toiletries. Overall a great stay. ”
