“Overall the place was pretty nice. Only negatives were the bathroom door didn’t lock and the listing states that the Indiana dunes beach is 12 minutes away but it was almost 30 minutes away. I would stay again. ”

“This was our first time staying in LaPorte Indiana. The apartment was in the perfect location to visit places in Michigan, Indiana Dunes National Park or a day trip to Chicago. The apartment was very clean and well equipt. The one bedroom was large and had loads of storage. The area where the apartment is located is quiet and there is a small pond complete with a Swan to visit you! You can catch the Shoreline train at the Carroll Ave Station, which is a 10 minute drive away. I would highly……

“We had a great time overall and plenty of space. While we experienced a few issues with the door code not working, the owners responded promptly to resolve the issue.”

“The only drawback was Air conditioning. It was extremely hot out and at night the bedrooms got a little warm. Loved the room for the family. For an older lake home, I was amazed at solid floors with no squeaks. Family loved the game room and games and toys, as well as the hot tub.”

“We saw the lovely and stunningly remodeled studio and had checked in for a Dunes visit (my son and I), but extenuating family issues unfortunately preempted our trip. After contacting the host, Justin, he was very understanding and empathetic. We definitely plan on staying again when our family health issues mitigate or fully resolve. Once again, great host and studio!! 5 stars!!”

“Such a cute place!! There was so much provided I didn’t not even anticipate such as coffee for the coffee maker, a pack and play, beach towels, and even some laundry detergent plus some kitchen spices! I have stayed places where there is literally nothing so this was a great surprise! It was about an 8 min drive to the beach so not bad. Neighborhood wasn’t unsafe necessarily but I didn’t want to sit out on the front porch. Overall fantastic place!”
