“Wonderful private spot next to St Regis River. Very responsive host. There are 2 or 3 other rentals in the property, but it is so large that you get all the privacy. Hiking trails and canoes/kayaks in the property. Star Link Internet is fast and the cabin is just as it looks in the pictures: cozy, well thought, peaceful, private. Would 100 percent recommend and can't wait to go back! ”

“Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay……

“I rented this cabin for myself and dog to visit my son at Clarkson. I was alone yet felt safe comfy and at peace at this rental. The cabin is well stocked and the WiFi service is excellent for the mountains. The property has its own network of trails that we thoroughly enjoyed walking. Communication with the owner was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.”

“Stayed for 5 nights in this cozy, comfortable and clean waterfront home. Our time there was perfect…the weather was warm, wind was soft, the sun was prevalent and the skies were clear. Beautiful sunsets and full moon reflections on a mirror smooth pond. I could have stayed forever. If you’re looking for a place that is quiet there’s no need to look any further!”
