“The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. The manager said the Expedia description and photos are incorrect and that I should contact Expedia and my credit……

“Très bon rapport qualité prix. Un hôtel avec le minimum : litterie confortable, laverie, salle de bain propre. Il faudrait cependant ajouter ou un micro onde ou une bouilloire. Attention ne pas se fier à la localisation sur hotel.com ! (voir sur google maps)”

“There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. Skum of the earth and Expedia is doing nothing about it .. your cowards. Even with vid and pics and the fact the apt had nothing as discribed in ad ”
