“Beautiful house in a Charming neighborhood. Couldn't ask for more”

“Our group consisted of 8 adults and one kiddo. Plenty of room for more. Great access to the lake with a nice dock. Huge living room and nice deck overlooking the lake. Fire ring near the dock.. Our second time here, won't be our last! Owners were super responsive, very accommodating!”

“Enjoyed our stay at this cottage located between Sodus Bay and lake Ontario. Great access to both bodies of water. Cottage was clean and cute and had all the basic amenities. Had an issue with the ac that the owner was quick to communicate and remedy situation. Beautiful sunsets over lake Ontario. ”

“Although I personally didn’t stay at this property I stayed at their other property. My brother in law stayed there with his son, grandson, brother in law and his wife. They stated the place was very clean and comfortable everything was as listed in description. My brother in law Ken needed to stay down in the game room ( bedroom and bathroom) is there, because of health not able to do stairs. He stated it was comfortable only thing missing was a fridge. He had his son bring a small fridge to……

“WOW!! Awesome place! Super cute and clean. Right on the bay. Joyce was a gem. Great communication. Not sure there was a need for anything in the cottage. She thought of everything. Can’t wait to book this place again.”

“We were in town for access to Syracuse University and work in Baldwinsville. This location was a perfect spot to be close to both areas. The property is as described and communication was clear and easy. There were some small issues, such as connecting to the wifi, but the property contact responded swiftly and positively. The view from the porch is lovely. There is not much in the town so be sure to grab groceries on the way in! We look forward to using this place again in future visits……

“This was an amazing well kept clean home. The owners were very quick to respond when we had any questions. They took the our questions seriously and responded right away. The only thing we did not like was that there was not much of a yard to sit outside and it was street parking. We definitely made the best of our vacation there and really enjoyed our stay.”
