“I texted the host a question and he almost immediately got back to me and talked me through the entire check-in process, and he didn’t hang up until he was sure we were able to get in! This was my first out-of-state trip with my boyfriend, so it was an enormous relief to have such a dedicated host to help us out! Additionally, the interior was tidy and very pleasantly decorated!”

We had some issues that we communicated to the host, but understand that since we were visiting during the holidays, it was not easy to address them in a timely manner. “I am overall extremely happy with our stay. The apartment was a great size. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms. The apartment had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. Ali, the property manager, was super helpful, super responsive, and made us feel very welcome and listened to. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet, although it is good to note that there is a high school across the street and they warm the buses very early in the morning.
