“We were hit with a snowstorm the day we were to arrive. Our crew all lives within a few hours but roads got pretty bad pretty quickly and we all arrived much later than expected, and even with 4 wheel drive none of us were able to get our cars up the driveway. The owners were kind enough to shuttle us (all 13 of us!) and our belongings up to the house in their big beast of a truck as we all arrived throughout the evening. Very much appreciated! “We had a wonderful family Christmas in January with 8 adults and 3 little ones. Loved the open floor plan and all of the glass overlooking the waterfalls and woods. Electric fireplace is inviting and even puts out heat! Our hosts generously left the Christmas tree and decorations up for our family. Our crew loved the hot tub (quite large), the oven that goes to 550 (for pizza), the large bowls and utensils for cooking, and the beautiful scenery for walks, play, and photos. ”

“The Cozy Express is Adorable- comfortable and beautiful decor, plenty of space, close to park, restaurants, coffee shops, everything. Perfect rest and relax time for my husband and me, but would have been great for the rest of our family too. Rebecca thought of everything. Highly recommend for couples or families”

The home was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, and it was located in a lovely neighborhood. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend the A-Frane! ”

“Tea on the porch looking over the river at sunrise - the mist rising. Perfect. Close enough to main street and restaurants to find something to eat in 10 minutes but away from downtown foot traffic during the day. There is a saloon across the street that gets busy late at night but didn't bother us. Nice little kitchen. Loved it. Clean and friendly!”

“House was in great condition and had everything we needed. We came for a girls trip to hike Clifty Falls and go shopping around downtown. Would stay again. ”
