“This place was quaint and lovely. The customer was above and beyond! ”

“Very quiet, kitchen was a nice touch, bedding was so soft, room was great. Honestly my only (3) suggestions would be: better towels. The towels were not absorbent at all, always felt wet and not comfortable after the shower. Secondly maybe a fire pit outside? And lastly, not a huge fan of the dirt outside and it tracking into the rooms, inside the hotel.”

“When you pay in excess of $225 per room per night the additional $10 per day parking fee is just greed! If they want to control outsiders from parking on their property simply give each checked in guess the parking permit.”

However, the only thing I didn’t understand that everything was electronic now from taking my reservation to finding my room. If I had a question, I’d call and leave a message thinking I’d get an actual person to talk to me but when I’d have my question answered, they’d reply via text. It was frustrating and unprofessional. When I came here 7 years ago, there was someone that picked up……
