“I like this family-style hotel, but the mattress was not great ... the bed kind of felt like my bed BEFORE I replaced the 20-year-old mattress. I still slept okay, though. ”

Restaurant is fantastic and the location couldn’t be better. Can walk from the ferry so is super convenient. My only constructive comments would be: 1. Replace the ac units in the room as they are really loud and can’t hear the tv at a normal volume; and 2. Please remove use of plastics, for example, the room has plastic cups wrapped in plastic. “飯店的起名有些誤導，其實飯店的位置根本不在柏克萊。而是在離開柏克萊校區三個捷運站之遠的埃爾塞里托。辛虧飯店和捷運站位置很近，步行5分鐘距離。而且附近有不少快餐店可供選擇。不過服務人員基本是“一夫當關”，經常找不到人。不過房間面積還算大，衛生間整潔。提醒大家，記得自己帶牙刷牙膏肥皂，不要以為在台灣的飯店。”

“酒店與預期一樣，都算大及寛敞。 第二天亦有清潔房間，唯沒有補回足夠的毛巾。 第三天早上早餐曉發生了小意外，他們立刻提供協助，非常感激！”
