“This is a clean budget no frills hotel in downtown Oakland. Free parking but it is tight if you have a bigger car. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A few nice restaurants walkable along Broadway. I would stay again. ”

“Our family of three arrived at night after a long journey, but our bed requested was not ready,the hotel should have prepared long before our arrival. Checking out: the front desk staff asked us to pay again, I told him we payed online long ago he better double check, after looking at the computer the staff said it was done without a word of apology, the hotel staff need more training I believe. the room is ok, higher floor at the back, breakfast is simple but good.”

“The employee is very patient and helpful! The room is much larger and cleanr than I expected! I think it is a good choice for me if I come to SF in the future.”

“You could always trust the Yotel brand in terms of cleanliness and style. Service is excellent. They have everything you can think of. Room is on the smaller side. Be aware of the location. There are plenty of drug abusers and homeless people around the hotel. They aren’t dangerous but they can be very loud at midnight. ”

“Beautiful room; helpful staff…. Assisted us whenever we requested something. Tub leaked if too full. Very nice area and easily walkable to restaurants. Would stay again. Don’t want to loose the atmosphere but could use some vending machines. Thank you. ”
