“We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. “This is a nice budget hotel. The hotel is a bit outdated, but the room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are nice and helpful, fluent in English. Good facilities - big lockers for skis/boots, big common area, indoor/outdoor onsen. It is up on the hilly slope. That's the only drawback, but it can still consider as that it is located at a convienent location in Happo One.
