“This is a well cared for property with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and total care all through. It is a great base for exploring the redwoods north and south. Strong internet. Recommend a trip to a larger grocery on the way there as the local offerings are smaller. ”

“We could not have picked a more perfect location & property for our vacation! The description & pictures truly do not do it justice! The host was easy to communicate with & he provided us with not only any & all info relative to our stay, but also dining recommendations & history of the property. The home has a special charm, is beautifully appointed, & is cozy & comfy. We only ate out twice while there, as I love to cook. I have never rented a home with a kitchen so well stocked…I had a blast……

“If you like to be off the grid, this is a great place to stay. We do this once a year and completely unplug from phones, computers, etc. This place was perfect for exactly that. It's remote and there's nothing better than the sound of a river. We had a total of 4 adults, 3 kids, and our 2 labs. Everyone had a wonderful time. It's a little bit of a walk to the river but once there, it's secluded and water is crystal clear. Thank you, Jim, for allowing us to stay at your place. ”
