“This place is better than the listing can even describe. The location is stellar: easy access to the main road, shopping and dining, but most important, a quick and easy walk to the beach.While the space encompasses just one room, the outdoor eating, sitting and washing area make it feel so much larger.The hosts are so thoughtful and supply everything you might forget. In addition, we were greeted with snacks and bubbly!”

“It was very nice but we did have some problems.1.Key safe on front wall very hard to operate; took some time to get open, then it was impossible to put the key back in, I had to leave it not completely secured.2.No grill pan for oven and no instructions on use.3. No instructions on outdoor gas grill, May have been low on gas; the flames were barely there.All the rest of the cabin was very nice .I would visit again if the upgrades and other things were fixed. “My daughter and I and our family stayed at this beautiful beach cottage for five days over New Year’s, and it was simply magnificent. The cottage is so quaint and precious, simple, clean and charming right out of a Dickens novel.We brought our doggies there’s a beautiful lawn in front of the cottage and then just steps away to your own in San Simeon, which was just simply divine and glorious. I walked every morning with my daughter and friends and family over the pebble Stone rocks and through……

“My husband, my in-laws and I had the BEST visit to the pink house! Loved how close it was to the cute Cayucos downtown area. We stayed for a wedding that was in SLO and it was a quick, easy drive there. The price was fair and the house had more space than we expected from the photos. We'll definitely be back!”
