“Loved this property! It was in the country, rolling hills & vineyards all around. So beautiful & peaceful. House was updated & had a porch around 75% of the house. Loved sitting in the screened in porch in the morning sipping coffee & catching some rays by the pool in the late afternoon. Highly recommend!”

“Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. ”

“Kids loved the house and had fun easter hunting. As for us adults, very successful and lobe the house and area.the best house we ever rented. ”

“This is a peaceful, beautiful, and well kept historic property, perfect for two couples, or, like us, 3 friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and has magnificent views of the vineyard. The property is very close to town and it was easy to get cars to and from. The next time I’ll bring my bike!”

“Everything was great except the treated fand filtered well water had an offensive smell. We heated it and made our coffee with no issues. ”

“The owner, Karen, made us feel so welcome like it was our own home for 4 days. The house was spotless and so much space both indoors and our for our 3 generations. 4 little ones spent their time either in the pool, out on the lawns playing ball, playing board games at the kitchen table or watching TV in the family room. The house is so comfortable, the views incredible and 5 minutes into Healdsburg. Thank you Karen for your hospitality.”

The home is just 7 minutes from downtown, but on a ridge overlooking the river. A doe and two fawns made daily appearances, quiet, beautiful wonderful. Great tv and WiFi. Nothing not to love.
