“Within a two hour radius of this property, you can visit many interesting and beautiful sites. The property description and pictures are spot on. It was cold while we were there and we feared that the school house would be drafty. No worries --- we were very comfortable inside and didn't notice the need for jackets until walking out the front door. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.”

“The property was as presented in the overview. Everything you needed for meal preparation was available. It was a very quick walk to the main shopping area. I’d come back again.”

“Very close to downtown and Lake Michigan. We had our dog with us and since we were on the first floor, we had a screened in porch with a door. We could easily let the dog out to potty.”

“Very comfortable and spacious accomodations which was good because we spent more time in the condo than planned when a spring ice storm changed our plans to ski.”

“3 adults -long weekend- just right - could walk to state park beach or very short drive and also close to convenient grocery store or market. only a few more mins to downtown Petoskey gaslight shopping district and marina/park. Property mgt was communicative clear and responsive- comfortable and relaxed atmosphere- you do hear busy traffic noise close to Petoskey harbor drive when out in the deck but that was a small concern to be so close to everything ”

“The blue green resort was amazing. We got not only use the accommodations of blue green but also of Boyne mountain resort so it was like staying at ken place but using the benefits of 2 resorts. We had a blast! ”

“Great communication. The beds were amazing. The place was clean and cozy. We even had a family of deer stroll through during our morning coffee. There’s games, playing cards, extra comforters, and an adorable upstairs for the kids with its own bathroom. Highly recommend!”

“My mom and I had a great stay with her Boston terrier. This place is beautifully remodeled and I would not have changed a thing. We knew it was on the second floor but my mom is disabled and has limited mobility. We would’ve asked for special accommodations to use the elevator if we had known it existed ahead of time. She struggled with the stairs. Other than that, highly recommended!”

“We've stayed here twice for a soccer tournament and it's a great find. Clean, quaint, awesome location, close to everything. Jane is an excellent communicator and made everything very easy. Will definitely be back.”

“Thanks for another great stay! Everything was perfect. ”

“I stayed here with a friend and our two 11 year old boys. This house is right next to the state park where we spent some time on the beach. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was ice left in the freezer, which we appreciated. Both bedrooms are upstairs and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. There isn’t much of a yard to play in if you have young kids. ”
