“This property is an authentic Historic farmhouse. It is comfortable, clean and quiet. If you’re looking for a modern, high tech setting it may not be your place. It is close to the center of Camden, a small village with shopping, restaurants, hiking and water activities. The surrounding towns also have much to offer. The host was especially pleasant, informative and accommodating. We had a terrific get away.”

The accomodation is very clean and comfortable with great appliances and a kitchen that has been outfitted by someone who enjoys cooking. There are many thoughtful extras including great coffee and many condiments. The furnishings are very new and designed for functionality and comfort as well as looks.The location is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to Blue Hill, Deer Isle and Castine. The……

“This is a spectacular property overlooking the tidal Benjamin River, seen through the huge windows in the livingroom as well as from a nice outdoor deck, patios and expansive lawn with Adirondack chairs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very convenient to get to Deer Isle, Blue Hill and all the other nearby towns. Highly recommended!”
