“管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！”

“Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum von Bregenz sehr nahe am See und Hafen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig mit regionalen Produkten und das Personal beim Check-In ist äusserst freundlich und effizient. “Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Constance. A friendly welcome (including welcome drink voucher, with the resulting cocktail delicious), great, varied breakfast, comfortable and quiet rooms and a great spa area this made for a memorable stay. Added bonus is the bar on the lake itself. Free parking with plenty of room and close to many towns and trails across the Bodensee region, and even further into Bavaria if you fancy driving.”

“Hotel itself is so beautiful, with very relaxing surroundings and with great location (Just opposite to Lindau HBF). The only thing which needs to be improved is that there's no A/C in room, and during my visit it was so hot in Lindau so it was hot in room. Though I can understand Europe is not used to hot summer but with climate change I think it'll become quite normal with hot summer so A/C will become necessary for a pleasant sleep.”

“Im Prinzip ist das Amedia ganz nett auch von der Aufmachung her und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es auch einige Kritikpunkte. Zum einen ist das Personal unterbesetzt da eine einzige Person Check-In, Telefonservice und Bar bedienen soll ist man ständig am warten und es bilden sich Schlangen. Zum zweiten gibt es im Hotel kein Restaurant nur einen Frühstücksraum und in Gehweite sind nur ein Italiener und ein Japaner die auch chronisch überfüllt sind. Und dann noch das Frühstück,……

“The hotel was good especially the pool, I re-book the hotel because of the amazing swimming pool. However the early checked in wasn't able to make it so i have to have shower in the gym which no shampoo nor shower gel provided. My flight will be in the morning so hopefully they can have a room ready for me next time. ”
