“Perfect for our one night stop-over enroute to another venue. It's quite a big, old building with some quirky features but we had everything needed in our room which was well presented. Staff were personable. Breakfast was good. The hotel sits on a one-way road system. It's compact car park is to the rear of the property. If you miss the hotel car park sign on approach and pass the hotel on your left, follow the one-way clockwise, turning left just before the hotel. ”

“What a lovely little find. 5 mins off the M1, but set in the grounds of an old vicarage and very quiet and tranquil. Lovely welcome from the owners, shown my room which was lovely and spotless. Shared kitchen area had everything, cooker, fridge, coffee machine… basically everything you need. “Great little find. it was lovely to wake up and sit with a cuppa and see baby ducks, swans and squirrels. Peaceful, clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't try any of the facilities available as it was a one night pitstop but will be returning soon to try them out.”
