“Wanted to kick the summer off with some great hikes of the waterfalls around Ithaca with the ability to walk to restaurants and coffee shops to start and end the day. This property was exactly what we needed. A short walk to Ithaca commons, and a short drive from all the various waterfalls that we wanted to see.The property was well maintained, very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.”

“A spectacular location. A group of friends reserved this house for a fun summer get away!Marc was an exceptional host and very kind! Very attentive and answered every question promptly.100% recommend!”

“We stayed for two days while we visited Cornell. It was a quick trip down to the university and close to most things. This place thought of everything from blankets for the fire pit, to cords for charging by the bedside, to doggie bags and a doggy crate. We felt at home and our puppy did, too. One thing that was nice was that there wasn't scented everything everywhere. We're super sensitive to that and most places we stay at go overboard. It was nice to not have to use our own sheets and……

“Paddock House is an amazing rental property in the heart of Ithaca. Perfect neighborhood accessible to most of the key attractions. Ithaca falls is a few minutes walk and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.Though the house is old but it was maintained in a great condition, all rooms were clean and appreciate the owners for taking good care. We would consider this property if we have to come back to Ithaca.”

“We stayed as an extended family. Half the family was from the area. The owner was super nice and helped us get in a little bit earlier as we had been stuck in airports for 36 hours prior. The youngest enjoyed the fishing and the extra toys that were available. This spot on the lake is one of the best for fishing and for the kids to swimThe dryer did break down and the owners had a new one out the next morning on a holiday weekend. You can't ask for more. Will defiantly stay here again. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for a short trip to spend some time at lake Cayuga and go hiking. The space was comfortable, and clean. Great outside space, our dog loved watching the birds and deer come around. Kitchen is well supplied, which we took advantage of and cooked for ourselves. Easy quick drives to Ithaca, lake Cayuga, and multiple waterfall hikes. It was a very relaxing trip- just what we needed!! ”

“City girl needing some relaxation. The Hobbit house was adorable and came with everything we needed. We wanted to hike some of the surrounding falls and explore a bit, and Scottland yard property was the perfect place to come “home” to. Loved waking up to the sounds of all the animals they have on the property. Will try and make it back!”

The home is well stocked, the beds are so comfortable, and the overall coziness is great. After a long day of skiing, the sauna was fantastic. “This place is so thoughtfully appointed and very clean and well kept. Everyone slept really well, the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is a really nice treat to help you relax. I will definitely book again when I return to Ithaca. ”
