“This was home base for a Thanksgiving with family. The house is absolutely spotless, with comfortable modern rooms and lots of space to spread out. The house is set back from the road with a secluded backyard with a deck and a fenced in area, you’d never know the grocery store and mall are 5 minutes away, and downtown Ithaca is a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked, and communication with Laurie the owner was excellent. ”

“We rented this lovely loft to stay in whilst we attended our daughter's graduation ceremony in Binghamton. It was a short, busy trip and I left wishing we'd had more time to enjoy the property. It is a beautiful setting with great amenities inside and out. Lucinda was super communicative, readily available, but also incredibly helpful and friendly. I would give her 6 stars if I could. “We loved our stay at The Pine Tree! It is conveniently located 2 minutes from Greek Peak. The listing accurately described the property and its included amenities. There were lots of extra towels and extra blankets. We appreciated that each room had a fan for use. Having 2 full bathrooms was incredibly helpful for our family of 5. It was clean and spacious! Check in and check out was a breeze. The thought that went into decorating this place is admirable; we just love it! Next time we’re back in……

“Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. ”
