Game room in basement was fun.Hosts very responsive.Cons: it could have been cleaner, but hosts will talk to supposedly new cleaners.The only bathroom on the main floor is in one of the bedrooms so you have to go upstairs unless the people in that bedroom don't care about everyone using their bathroom. There was a bad smell in that bathroom, but hosts……

“This was home base for a Thanksgiving with family. The house is absolutely spotless, with comfortable modern rooms and lots of space to spread out. The house is set back from the road with a secluded backyard with a deck and a fenced in area, you’d never know the grocery store and mall are 5 minutes away, and downtown Ithaca is a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked, and communication with Laurie the owner was excellent. ”

There were lots of extra towels and extra blankets. We appreciated that each room had a fan for use. Having 2 full bathrooms was incredibly helpful for our family of 5. It was clean and spacious! Check in and check out was a breeze. The thought that went into decorating this place is admirable; we just love it! Next time we’re back in……

“Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. ”

“House was excellent, very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Host was easy to communicate. Had one HVAC issue and the host had someone there ASAP and fixed it. View was awesome in October. Just outside of town and easy to get to and fro. ”

“This historical home was beautifully appointed. You had everything you could ever need plus the most beautiful furnishings, a sauna, and space for a family gathering. I enjoyed playing the piano and taking advantage of the vintage record collection on the amazing speakers. Walk to The Exchange for fantastic food and drinks or to the performing arts center to take in a concert. One of the best parts? The hosts. Their communication was stellar and they made sure everything was just right. You……

The host was so kind, she reached out with information not only about the rental but the area before check in and after to make sure everything was good. The house was perfect, very clean and cozy. We frequented MoMo’s cafe that’s right around the corner, everything was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. ”
