“Thank you for the great stay! Check in was contactless and the instructions were straightforward. The studio is cozy and had all the amenities we needed. It has a mini split that keeps the space warm in the winter (or cold in the summer). We did not end up needing to contact the hosts during our stay, and the check out was also a very simple process. There are neighbors upstairs but they were reasonably quiet for a Saturday evening. It was too cold to see the alpacas -- maybe next time! Thank……

“My friend and I had a wonderful stay. Unit was a welcome oasis after a day of hiking gorges and parks and sampling local wines and ciders. Extremely convenient to everything worthy of experiencing. We found it spotlessly clean and appointed with pretty much everything needed plus numerous little items showing that the host took pride in this business. “Wanda is lovely and helpful. Breakfast was AmAZING! Homemade jam and blintzes, fresh bread, eggs and bacon, Russian pancakes, vegetables from her garden, coffee and tea all on gorgeous Polish painted ceramics. The main house of the B&B and breakfast room are stunningly beautifully decorated. The Japanese suite was very nice. Well-stocked, nicely decorated and clean though jacuzzi is not brand new in this room. The rooms in the main house, the Polish, African, and Russian rooms are Absolutely……

“Queen's Quarters in Scottland Yard was the perfect peaceful getaway! The cozy farm cottage provided plenty of privacy, especially with the deck facing the woods. We loved spending time with the friendly farm animals—petting and feeding the horses. There were also chickens, pigs, and sheep. We came in the winter right before the new year. We practically had the farm to ourselves. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting! Definitely looking to come back in the summer”

“so beautiful relaxing and calm, the perfect place to stay for a business trip to ithaca but i'm sure also for anyone . we were afraid there'd be highway noise but really heard nothing. place was PERFECT as was the host. can't say enough. just stress free the way it should be! perfect relaxing apartment to work and relax in ”

“5 college friends stayed here for a weekend and we had an excellent time. Plenty of bedroom space. Very clean. (My friends were pleased that I hooked us up with such a nice place!) Loved having a full kitchen with everything we'd need. I will definitely look into staying there on my next trip to Cortland!”

“I gave up on reviews that say how clean a property was. This rental was truly clean! The surroundings were not pleasant (yet properties in February in New York are all pretty war torn). There were only two of us who stayed this trip and the two bedrooms were nice, however, the living room area only had seating for 3 or a very close together seating for 4. The hosts went out of their way to try to make everything convenient and pleasant. ”
