“I’d like to start with wow! When I first walked in what I immediately noticed was this amazingly gorgeous furniture and impeccably clean house! No detail has been left out. “This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall……

“I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again.”

“The house is wonderful, tranquil, and relaxing. We stayed there for our annual family get-together. We could not have chosen a better place. The home supplies everything you need except the food you will eat. We had three couples staying there, and it never felt crowded. There's plenty of space for everyone. You'll need to consider renting this home. It's home away from home.”

“Had a few issues but they were resolved.”

“We made last minute changes to our July off-road plans. This meant finding a new spot over a holiday weekend that allowed dogs ASAP. BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! “Absolutely beautiful home. Head a hiccup when we arrived but host resolved it immediately and her and team went above and beyond our expectations. We stayed for a family reunion in area and plan on staying here every year. ”
