“My daughter and I and our family stayed at this beautiful beach cottage for five days over New Year’s, and it was simply magnificent. The cottage is so quaint and precious, simple, clean and charming right out of a Dickens novel.We brought our doggies there’s a beautiful lawn in front of the cottage and then just steps away to your own in San Simeon, which was just simply divine and glorious. I walked every morning with my daughter and friends and family over the pebble Stone rocks and through……

“Love this place, it was amazing. Very beautiful and quiet. The first bedroom may need a darker shade. The neighbors porch light stayed on until late hours and it shined right into the room. I like a dark room so it was tough to fall asleep quickly. Nothing that a curtain couldn’t fix. ”

“we were looking for a getaway that would be a relief from all the construction and digging with its accompanying noises and dirt/dust that was the current standard on our street at home. We found it!…and more. The house is well-supplied and the owners are super responsive to any need. When they deliver a requested item, they will leave it near the cottage and text you the location. Your privacy and peace are their first concern. We will be going back and soon!”

“The Pink Gem was a Wonderful place to get away beautiful Central California coast in Cayucos. The house was centrally located near the Morro Strand Beach For easy Beach access. Cayucos is a Cozy Beachtown that is wonderful place to visit and to eat and shop at.”
