“Our stay in Cambria could not have been better. The house is spacious, well-appointed and in the perfect location. The views of the ocean from both porches makes them the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Slept so well listening to the sound of the ocean waves. Across the street is a park and swimming pool. Our host could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed the many shops in Cambria and went 5 miles north to watch the elephant seals twice. We will……

“This rental was clean, spacious and worked well for our family gathering. We often stay in rental homes and this was the first time in recent memory that we needed to use actual keys. This required stopping by the property management office at the beginning and end of our trip and using a lock box. A digital keypad on the rental would be much easier. I would also suggest that a gas BBQ would be much simpler and cleaner than a charcoal grill. Another suggestion would be to furnish the home with……

“We stayed in Cayucos for the first time because the house we usually stay at I Morro Bay was unavailable but that turned out to be a good thing. We LOVED our stay and our hostess, Pamela, was quick to solve a small glitch that occurred in the home. I can hardly wait to stay there again, it was a wonderful experience.”

“Liked the size and layout of the house. Beds very comfortable. Updated interior very nice. Immediate answering of phone when I called twice with questions. Especially loved the location as near restaurants and wine and beer pubs and a deli. Was a little noisy sometimes in early morning with saws or drills! Cars also noisy. But not downgrading because of that because I loved the location. Inside bedroom you could hear noise but it didn’t bother me Would definitely stay same place again. ”

“So glad we chose this beautiful property for our little family getaway! First, it’s nicer than the pictures! The home is so roomy, unique, comfortable, and well stocked! You couldn’t ask for a better location! Right across from Moonstone Beach! It’s spotlessly clean with a lot of nice touches like little soaps and fluffy towels. (ok, not exactly a function of the location, but still . . . ) Anyway, this is a custom, architect designed home, way up on a hill, overlooking Cambria. 360 degree views in all locations. Elegant, striking, comfortable for two couples. Everything was exactly what one looks for in a VRBO rental. Well……
