I was skeptical at first because there were no reviews when we booked, but after contacting the owner, she informed me that this was a newly listed property. I even reached out to Vrbo to ask how they vet the hosts to ensure no scams are being run. Well, we checked in late at night, and the neighborhood was quiet.
