“We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. We took our coffee and……

“We were very pleased with the cleanliness. A lot of thought and planning went into the curated decor of historic memorabilia. Outstanding rustic display of collections. Doll collection, mirror with ice skates hanging from peg. Treadle sewing machine. Stack of old suitcases. All items were brilliantly displayed. Every need was thought of. A small two door refrigerator, microwave & Kcup coffee maker. Two bathrobes and ample linens. Mini-split AC unit was efficient in the sitting room with……

“Awesome property! Clean, well appointed and easy to get to. House was only fifteen minutes to Cuthbert Amphitheater. Our host Tom was very accomodating, and our little dog Piper had a wonderful time. Really cool 2br place. ”

“Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year.”

“What a wonderful place. The cottage is adorable and the beautiful yard and flowers added to the peace and quiet! The hosts live on the property and were so welcoming. Don’t worry, they are only there if you need them. The place was spotless and so charming. We loved walking the country streets and especially loved that there are two large fields nearby to exercise our dogs! Thank you for a great stay April! ”
