Only Negative: Listing said there was a remote for the awning, the remote was not there and the awning was left open. Instructions were to not leave the awning open over night or when not present due to wind or rain and to recess it. It took about 20 minutes to hand crank it closed, very unfortunate. Would stay again and highly recommend.”
