“We came from AZ to visit our OR grandchildren but we wanted our own space. Brian’s home is right in the heart of Philomath The home was very clean and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were there. We were able to pick the grandkids up after school for activities. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to have the grands spend the night on the weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“This charming house is deceptively roomy, has comfortable seating and beds and literally has everything you could possible need. I have never stayed in a rental with more supplies in the kitchen and bathroom and laundry room than this place! If I'm in Eugene again, I would definitely want to stay here!”

“This vacation rental was perfect for our visit to Eugene to see family and friends. It was very comfortable and in a great location. An extra treat was the spacious deck with a lovely westerly view of the sunsets. Everything was an advertised, and the communications with the host were very good. When back in Eugene, we would definitely hope to stay here again!”

“This is a great little place. The beds were very comfy, the decor was updated and nice, the place was spotless. The bathroom is big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The kitchen is small but well appointed for the space. We planned on this and had room for our needs. I loved the access to extra bedding. The check-in process was easy and check-out was low stress. “This is a small, comfortable house with access to all we wanted in Eugene. ”

“The home is clean, well equipped and inviting.The location is perfect, Close to Costco and Safeway and some nice restaurants. The yard is well manicured and with a lovely warm evening we were able to enjoy a cocktail in the ack yard. so peaceful! Highly recommend. We will stay again when in town. Many thanks Kathryn”

“An older home that's been partially redone. The two bedrooms downstairs (where we stayed) and the bathroom are very nice. Check in was easy and the location of this house is great. As other reviewers mentioned, there is only a small table for dining. I had to park on the street, around the corner, because my car was too big for the two driveways that are available. I was glad to get instructions to do this so I could avoid a ticket. ”

“The house has beautiful landscaping, roomy parking, and is in a lovely, QUIET neighborhood. Visiting my son and family in Eugene a couple times a year, I hope to make this my regular home away from home.”

“This is a basement apt with access to the backyard. Amenities was good, access was easy and in a quiet neighborhood. Close access to grocery store and food. Clean, and will stay again”

“My family and I stayed here 2 years ago and again this month. Great location. Close to OSU and downtown Corvallis. I was travelling with my parents who can’t do stairs so the one story was great (although you do need to climb stairs to get in the property). Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again! ”

“This place was perfect for us. 4 adults that were going to baseball games daily, the location made it super easy. 5 minutes to Autzen/PK Park. The host was friendly, accessible and detail oriented. “When we arrived at the property it is clean and easy to get into with the pin pad. While it is an older building with historical value, it has been upkept and modernized. The stairs getting to the second story may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The location is great as there are multiple options for food and drinks within walking distance. As well as a convenience store across the street. The owner also operates the store on the first floor of the building, she was kind,……
