“We don't travel a lot, but we have stayed in several short-term rental houses over the years, and most are not as clean, well maintained, and pleasant as this one. The house is spacious, with a good sized continuous living and dining area. The kitchen is very functional and the appliances are in good condition. The house sits on a large lot with spectacular large old trees teeming with squirrels. The neighborhood was easy to find, is pretty quiet, and only a short drive from downtown Corvallis.……

“The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy. Bedding, and towels are……

“We had a great stay visiting our daughter for pre graduation activities. The house was wonderful with a very nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The check in process involved us needing to contact the property mgr for an access code on the afternoon of check-in. Once we made contact everything went smoothly from there. Would recommend ”

“Everything worked except opening kitchen windows,(they opened but needed to be propped open to keep open). House was clean. Mary responded quickly when we found a cracked window, though did not require immediate repair. Well stocked, we did need to find the towels (there was not 10 sets out for use). We enjoy our stay there.”

“From the moment I stepped through the metal arch onto the path to the gypsy caravan, I felt the effect of the peaceful, magical property.Coming through the opening at the end of the path and seeing the caravan was breathtaking.. it was a fairytale, dream, fantasy of a time gone by; a time of Gypsy’s and a simpler life. “A perfect place to stay while helping my son wrap up his first year at OSU. The air conditioning was (surprisingly) a must-have due to temps in Corvallis soaring into the mid-90’s; we were able to relax and enjoy hanging indoors during the heat of the day. A couple of snags with the amenities, but the host responded immediately and had a quick solution for us within hours. Great place to land for a couple of “bachelor” days!”
