Playing scrabble, watching the sunset, with a glass of local wine from Ray’s and loaded cheesy bread from Pacific Sourdough was the perfect vacation! To those that reviewed about beach proximity…it’s less than 20 ft away and very easy. We will be back!”

“We came from AZ to visit our OR grandchildren but we wanted our own space. Brian’s home is right in the heart of Philomath The home was very clean and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were there. We were able to pick the grandkids up after school for activities. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to have the grands spend the night on the weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“The view from the front windows and deck of this property were nothing short of spectacular! We loved getting up in the morning and watching the waves lap on the shore. The amenities of the house were fine. It was rustic. The kitchen is nice and redone with new appliances. The oven did smell like fish had previously been cooked in it when we used it and the bedrooms were basic and a bit cramped, especially in the bedroom with the washer and dryer in it. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay. ”
