“The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy. Bedding, and towels are……

“Property is beautiful, and very spacious. Your own quite corner with visually stunning views down into the Santiam river. Inside and out was clean and plenty of opportunities for professional photos, which we used as our wedding reception venue.”

“Our stay was to move our son into college at OSU so we wanted something close to his townhouse and the college. This was a perfect location, walking distance to the football stadium and Goss Stadium. Definitely would stay here again when we come to watch him play baseball! Beds were comfortable and big! Each room has spacious beds and it was very comfortable in the house. We enjoyed our stay and would be back again!”

I have stayed at several rentals over the years and have never felt as home as we did stay here. The house was clean and comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, the views were amazing and its just a few minutes from our favorite Oregon town, Newport. I cant recommend this place enough, and we plan to make this our yearly retreat. ”
