Brian’s home is right in the heart of Philomath The home was very clean and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were there. We were able to pick the grandkids up after school for activities. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to have the grands spend the night on the weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“This charming house is deceptively roomy, has comfortable seating and beds and literally has everything you could possible need. I have never stayed in a rental with more supplies in the kitchen and bathroom and laundry room than this place! If I'm in Eugene again, I would definitely want to stay here!”

“We absolutely loved our stay here visiting our daughter at OSU. Just far enough away from town to feel like you are "away from it all" but also super close for going in there for dinner etc. Beautful light dining area where we had a lovely Mother's Day brunch. All in all just fabulous, we were sad not to meet our hosts -- but we will return.”

“We all really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed although we didn't get to use much of it on this trip, it was very short. We spent the evening at an event on campus and then left early in the morning. Next time I could see us hanging at the house and enjoying downtime, like outside with a glass of wine.The beds were very comfortable, with great bedding. The neighborhood was quiet, compared to the sounds of Portland. The teen loved the papasan chair and put it on the pull out……

“This is a great little place. The beds were very comfy, the decor was updated and nice, the place was spotless. The bathroom is big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The kitchen is small but well appointed for the space. We planned on this and had room for our needs. I loved the access to extra bedding. The check-in process was easy and check-out was low stress. We enjoyed our stay!”
