“We loved exploring this historic hotel. There are lots of great photos and the staff is very knowledgeable and happy to share the history. The restaurant wasn't open during our stay, but we enjoyed the convenience of the pub downstairs. The food was very good! ”

“Evidebtly its been around for ever, according to the locals. Its a no frills, what you see is what you get experience. The staff was very pleasant and its nice to have the resturant/ bar/casino on location. The only thing i would keep in mind is that they don't have central heat or air. There was a heater and a fan in the room. It wasnt a problem when we stayed but I could see it being problematic certain tines of year or if youre sensitive to temperature. ”

“Great old motel. Felt like a woodsy cabin. Well maintained and nicely stocked. Remote check in very responsive to inquiries and request for more towels. Comfortable temperature controls. Would have liked a complimentary breakfast. Wish there was a full length mirror. ”
