“We were a group of 20, ages from 7-74. We did book our 3 chalets 10 months in advance. Lindsey promptly answered each and every question and was able to accommodate changes when she could. The chalets were clean and welcoming. The wifi was easily accessed. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen utensils for cooking our evening meals. Believe me when I say we used every bed space, even a fold out couch. We were so happy to be able to just walk across and visit/make plans for the next day in each……

“This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay for our trip to Glacier. We loved the house and the outdoor space. We all enjoyed playing with the sweet dogs on the property. "Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
