“This cozy cabin was in the perfect location as a staging place for day trips in the east Fraser Valley. It had everything we needed to relax after a long day of exploring before prepping a picnic lunch and heading out the next day. The host was very friendly and checked that we had everything we needed. Home away from home!”

“Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice.”

“It was comfortable. The price was right. Feel like the property needs some maintenance. Communications needs to be a little more clear as it was a bit confusing to find our suit as it wasn’t a room inside. It was like what is meant to be a store space and it was repurposed for a suite. “Everything was perfect! Location is super close to the lake, to the amusement park, and to the water slides. House is very clean, and AC is much appreciated. Checkin was seamless, and communication with the host is amazing. We look forward to coming back!”

“The location can’t be beat. We love how it’s close to the lake but not too close that parking would be hard. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we’ve just parked on the street. It was listed as 3 bedrooms but I think a more accurate description would be 2 bedrooms and a loft. The loft doesn’t have a door and is open so we had to reconsider rooming list when we got there. Knowing this for next time would make us more prepared. We enjoyed our staycation very much. ”

“This property allowed us all to stay together! We enjoyed the roof top area for gathering by the fire table and socializing. In the mornings we loved being together cooking breakfast and getting ready for the day in the many bathrooms. The space was amazing. Any small issues that came up were resolved quickly with a message to our hosts. Harrison is a lovely area for walking around and enjoying great restaurants and pubs. “There were so many beds to choose from and they were all so comfy! We loved the media room for movie nights with the kids! We loved having the outdoor kitchen for a family bbq! All of the indoor and outdoor games were so much fun, we didn’t even need to leave the property! ”

“Opulent Oaks is a beautiful chalet that was impressive and relaxing, which our whole group enjoyed! The pool was a hit and the kitchen was well equipped. There are fun electronic games which the kids loved and lots of space for them to run around. It's still under some renovations so the 2 full bathrooms and a toilet for our group sometimes got a little crowded, but all when the indoor renos and outdoor hot tub are completed, this place will be stunning and very busy with reservations for……

Two of the beds weren't made, no apology was given and they insisted on interrupting our trip to come and make the beds after I said please dont. I probably wouldnt even bother to write this review had there been a sincere apology, I mean things happen right...Also the king bed was way too hard and there was glass doors on the den without curtains so you could not have privacy in that room. I think it could be way better if some things……
