“Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice.”

Communications needs to be a little more clear as it was a bit confusing to find our suit as it wasn’t a room inside. It was like what is meant to be a store space and it was repurposed for a suite. “The place was roomy and spacious, way better then a hotel! Two of the beds weren't made, no apology was given and they insisted on interrupting our trip to come and make the beds after I said please dont. I probably wouldnt even bother to write this review had there been a sincere apology, I mean things happen right...Also the king bed was way too hard and there was glass doors on the den without curtains so you could not have privacy in that room. I think it could be way better if some things……

“This suite was converted from a store front space. Yes, the ceilings are high, but it feels like exactly what it is; a converted office or store front. Also, it feels like it was quickly slapped together by unskilled tiler/drywaller/installers. For the price they charge, I would definitely not recommend this space.”

“There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. My request for the discount rate was considered by email, and I will check my visa to make sure it is deducted. Access to the fob or keys were a bit……
