“We picked this rental for our first big family vacation — 15 people, 4 families, and a whole lot of opinions — based on the size and location. But what we got was so much more… and miraculously, no one wanted to go home early!Everything in the listing is spot on — for once, the pictures didn’t lie. Honestly, the only thing we would change is adding a teleportation device so we could come back faster.Wendy & Ken were absolute rockstars. Communication was a breeze, and they’ve thought of……

“Wonderful property with excellent amenities, a great location, and a wonderful host. He responded promptly. The caretaker for the property was next door and was available to extend her services when needed.”

“Property was just as described. We had everything we needed. The carport was a big bonus for us because it was raining heavily throughout our stay, and we appreciated staying dry while loading/unloading our vehicle. Owner responds quickly to questions. Location was great for us Decatur natives with proximity to grocery stores, big box stores, restaurants, parks and banks. It was even close to the funeral home we were using. Neighborhood was quiet. HVAC system and water heating were also great.”

“Overall great stay. We were in town for a softball tournament and was able to share the house with 2 other families thanks to Anthony for allowing an extra guest. We had everything we needed and close to Kroger for groceries and Dominos for pizza. I would recommend extra silverware. ”
