“Great location. Only complaint is that early in the morning at 7 am I wanted to shower and there was no hot water. Apparently the heater was off and it took a while for the water to become hot. In a hotel of this caliber, the heater should always be on so there’s always hot water.”

“Very friendly staff, great service, very tasty breakfast, great location -generally fantastic experience overall! Only drawback is the room size, -barely has space for a big luggage.”

“The room is small and compact, but everything in the room is well organized and with high quality. I like the salon level hair drier. It should be a very pleasant stay if the bike thing didn't occur. I borrowed the bike from the hotel, and ride it to the bus station where I took the bus for one day Dead Sea tour. My flight is 10pm at that day, the tour usually ends 6:30pm, I thought I have enough time to ride the bike back to the hotel(6 minutes ride) and get the luggage. However, the tour……

“Does the job perfectly ”

“The hotel is roughly 30 mins walk from the central train station which was still manageable. Just 5 mins walk to the beach and I enjoyed a stroll there very much. It was an amazing experience from the moment of checking-in, surprised by coffee and snack. The happy hour, consisting of selection of canapes and wine was certainly a delight. Room was spacious and complimentary amenity kit was given. In-room Jacuzzi was wonderful. Watching sunset at the rooftop was also enjoyable. Breakfast was truly……

“It was really warm in Tel Aviv but the hotel had only central heater on so we had to open the windows. The noise of construction from a neighbor building woke us up early in the morning. We have to walk thru the very dark and noisy bar every night to get to the hotel elevator, not a chill experience neither.”

“The Vista rooms are definitely a step above the old Hilton rooms. The lounge was very convenient, and the views were beyond amazing. The sushi restaurant across from the lobby is very good. However, the hotel tries to sell the top floors at a premium price as offering an air of exclusivity, and candidly, with packs of little kids running around almost every time I was in the lounge, while it certainly offered an unpretentious feeling, it also gave me a headache...”
