“Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and right in the middle of town, convenient to the downtown action and the beach. ”

“My spouse, 9yr old child, 5yr old chihuahua mix and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and all had a great experience. It’s cozy, conveniently located right on the edge of downtown Ludington, and only a block from the House of Flavors! Appliances look new, plenty of towels and extra blankets and bedding in the bathroom closet. We had no neighbors during our stay so it was quiet. A couple notes: - The one bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom so keep in mind if anyone will be using……

“We had a wonderful stay! Great views of the Badger (car ferry) and freighters coming and going, and of Lake Michigan! Excellent location, too, for enjoying downtown Ludington. Close to a dozen restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, and not much more than that to a great city beach! Hardly touched the car while we were there!”

“We had a fantastic week staying in this unit. The owners have thought about everything and equipped the unit with all the things you didn’t know you would need. We had a wonderful welcome gift waiting for us and they even supplied us with s'mores stuff! The air conditioner was a giant plus as well. Highly recommend this unit and renting from Leigh and Matt!”

“Was very clean and well decorated great location was within walking distance to downtown shops restaurants and breweries. There was only two negative items whatever they use in the building to clean the condos really affected girlfriends asthma Right after we checked in or they clean something The other thing was, the bed was very uncomfortable but overall, we both enjoyed the stay ”

“Email address says north but building outside says east so a little confusing. Inside dishwasher needs replacing and kitchen pipes rattle like they’re going to break. Unit was clean and close to all restaurants. We walked everywhere. There was an odd smell , which I think may have been coming from the garbage disposal, but I was afraid to turn it on with the pipes rattling so bad. Nice unit and good location..”
