“Wanted a long weekend with family to build memories. Amazing property and location! So new. As beautiful as the pictures. Game room fantastic. Easy walk to beach. Playgrounds. Ice cream. “Email address says north but building outside says east so a little confusing. Inside dishwasher needs replacing and kitchen pipes rattle like they’re going to break. Unit was clean and close to all restaurants. We walked everywhere. There was an odd smell , which I think may have been coming from the garbage disposal, but I was afraid to turn it on with the pipes rattling so bad. Nice unit and good location..”

“We had a wonderful stay! Great views of the Badger (car ferry) and freighters coming and going, and of Lake Michigan! Excellent location, too, for enjoying downtown Ludington. Close to a dozen restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, and not much more than that to a great city beach! Hardly touched the car while we were there!”

“The Eagles Nest at the Blue Heron Resort on Diamond Lake is not for everyone but we loved it. I say not for everybody in part because you need to take a series of stairs including nearly 30 steps to reach the cabin from the parking space provided. While we (both in our 70's) didn't have a problem, others may well prefer few stairs. The cabin is also not fancy or modern and has a few quirks including a noticeable slant towards the lake.
