“Overall, the property is OK, and it was clean. Yes, the appliances were high-end, but the furniture definitely needs updating, especially the living room sofa and chair -- not easy to get out of and no support. We didn't need to use it, but if someone had to sleep on the sofabed, it would probably have been very uncomfortable. With the cooler weather, we were very disappointed that all windows did not have screens (or the screens had holes in them) so they could not be opened. Upstairs had……

“Place was great, not to small and not to big. Beds were extremely comfortable. Berlin is a busy town but the house in tucked far enough away from it all. Great place and would gladly stay again! ”

Location is super convenient to everything downtown and surrounding villages as well as Interstate 84 if you are traveling further about. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Highly recommend this property for a family trip to take in the sights and charm of Southington and the surrounding area. Perfect experience for us all around.”

“This is an apt in a multi unit home. It worked out ok for us but you can hear the other tenants in the home. Bedrooms are a great size and the eating areas and kitchen/ living room are very comfortable. It rained most of the time so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside area but that looked very inviting. Communications with host were positive and when I had questions or needed anything he made sure it was taken care. This home is very close to a few good coffee shops and 5 min away from Avon Old……
